How long do you take to ship?

We ship orders 3-5 business days after you've placed it. If you have not received a "shipping confirmation" email by then, send us an email and we will get back to you.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship locally to the USA. With options for standard or express shipping.

We are currently working on international shipping, but it is not yet available.

On that note, MURCADO is not liable for any import or duty fees by customs in your country.

  

How long does it take you to reply to my email?

Your email will be responded to within 24 hours.

 

Where are your items produced?

To provide the best quality and prices possible to our customers, we source components for our jewelry from all over the world! For example, our CZ stones come from Austria because they produce a more durable stone. Our gold is from Alaska and Turkey, because we've found that they provide some of the best gold in the world!

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We offer exchanges. If you don't love your item, you can exchange it for a store credit within 30 days from delivery date. On that note, items must not be damaged and MURCADO deserves the right to refuse the exchange if the item is worn and damaged. Please send us an email to support@murcado.com with your order number for an exchange.

 

I gave you my wrong address! What should I do?

If your order has not shipped, we can definitely change your address for you. Send us an email ASAP to support@murcado.com.
